Estimate Validity
Design
Design work includes up to three rounds of artwork amendments; further amendments, changes to scope, specification, quantities, finishes or deadlines may incur additional charges. Delays in agreed artwork, approvals, payment, information or instructions may also require the estimate or delivery date to be revised.
Install
For installation and site works, pricing is based on clear, safe and uninterrupted access on arrival. Any waiting time, restricted access, aborted visits, rescheduling or additional labour will be chargeable. Where pricing is based on customer-supplied briefs, dimensions, photographs or information without a formal site survey, all costs remain subject to confirmation on site, and any conditions differing from those described may result in additional charges.
Refund Policy Statement:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll be happy to consider providing a replacement or refund. For issues due to customer errors, we are unable to provide refunds, but we offer a discount on reprints. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Please note that custom orders are final sale.
Eligibility for Refunds
Defective or Damaged Prints: If an order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will usually offer a full refund or a replacement.
Customer Errors: If the error is on the customer’s end (such as incorrect file uploaded, spelling errors, or incorrect size/format chosen), refunds are usually not provided. However, we may offer discounts on re-orders.
Timeframe for Refund Requests
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of receipt by providing proof, such as photos of the damage or errors to [email protected]
Conditions for Returns
We may require the return of the defective product before issuing a refund or sending a replacement.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom orders, special prints, or items produced to a customer’s exact specifications may be considered final sale and non-refundable, unless there is an error or damage.
Processing Times for Refunds
Refunds are processed once approved, within 10 business days, depending on the payment method.
