Are you finishing school and wondering what’s next? Want to earn while you learn in a fast-moving, creative industry? We’re MAD Colour — a local, award-winning design, print and manufacturing company with nearly 50 years of experience delivering bold, exciting work for top brands like Diageo, B Perfect and Belfast International Airport. We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Digital Print Apprentice to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how we bring print to life — from large format graphics and retail displays to signage and exhibitions. You’ll be trained by experts, gain real experience and be enrolled on a relevant NVQ qualification to kickstart your career in print and display

What You’ll Do

Assist in setting up and operating digital print machines
Learn how to prepare artwork files and job sheets for production
Help finish and pack printed materials ready for delivery or installation
Maintain quality control checks on materials and output
Support the production team to meet deadlines across exciting live projects
Keep the workspace clean, safe and efficient

Who We’re Looking For

No experience required
A good attitude and a genuine interest in design, print or production
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Good attention to detail and pride in getting things right
Basic computer skills and strong communication
Reliability and a desire to build a future career with us
