For a global health and diagnostics brand, the aim was not simply to create visibility. It was to introduce Randox to a broad public audience, including visitors who may not have had previous experience of the brand, its services or its role in health and wellbeing.
The stand needed to feel professional, confident and high-impact, while still being bright, approachable and easy to engage with.
MAD Colour helped translate the Randox brand into a physical event environment that reflected its values and supported meaningful conversations with show attendees.
The finished space combined bold brand presence with practical functionality, including:
It was a major multi-department exhibition space of approximately 38m x 25m, bringing together a wide range of government departments, agencies and public bodies, including DAERA services, the Public Health Agency, Housing Executive, NISRA, Tourism NI, Safefood and the Food Standards Agency.
The challenge was to help each participating department or agency retain its own identity, while still creating one coherent, professional and accessible government presence.
That required much more than production.
The space had to be eye-catching, open, professional and progressive. It had to support public engagement, interactivity, clear navigation and efficient visitor flow. It also had to prevent bottlenecks and remain flexible enough to accommodate multiple messages, teams and audience needs.

For Randox, the stand had to communicate credibility, innovation and expertise. But it also had to create a welcoming environment where members of the public felt comfortable asking questions, learning more and engaging with the team.
MAD Colour delivered the project from creative design and artwork adaptation through to large-format print, display graphics, stand structure, counters, external signage, screen integration, furniture, installation, project management and removal.
With a tight schedule and detailed requirements, the project called for a flexible, responsive and solutions-focused approach from concept to onsite delivery.
As Jane Morrow, Senior Events Executive at Randox, said:
“No request was ever too much trouble. The team were responsive, flexible, and hugely supportive, even when timelines were tight. They were incredibly helpful and supported us from concept to onsite delivery.”
The Randox stand is a strong example of how MAD Colour helps brands bring their identity into a live event environment. Not just through graphics and displays, but through a complete brand experience.
